Acorn Lettings incorporating Acorn Surveys and Valuations is owned and managed by one of the Midlands most recognised and experienced chartered valuation surveyors, Richard Hopwood.
With over 30 years of experience in managing property in Loughborough, Leicester and various other cities including Nottingham, Peterborough and Derby. Richard first started working for local practices after attaining his Land Economy Degree at Cambridge University. He then went on to set up his own lettings and chartered valuation surveyors practice in 1994.
With Richard being both a lettings agent and a RICS registered chartered valuation surveyor, he is in an enviable position to best advise his clients about buy to let purchases and provide expert advice on capital value and condition. His vast experience covers a range of services from residential lettings and management to services such as freehold apartment block management and commercial property lettings and management.
Richard leads a friendly and approachable customer service team who arrange an appointment to discuss your property needs or answer your queries and be your support team when you need it. Richard also undertakes Insurance Reinstatement Valuation work for clients within a 2-3 hour driving time radius of Leicester, which covers an area ranging from Greater London in the South, up to Newcastle in the North.
Acorn Lettings also advertise in their office, local newspapers and Rightmove - the premier internet property portal.
