We recommend an Inventory to protect the landlord's ability to successfully forfeit all or part of the deposit if necessary, assuming the dispute has to go to Arbitration with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
    We will arrange for the tenant to come to our office to sign two copies of the agreement, pay the first month's rent and the Deposit, which will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. We will also contact the local Council, utility and water companies giving details of the new tenant and meter readings. Ongoing, we will monitor rent payments, act as the first port of call for tenants and carry out quarterly inspections on your behalf, for which a full report will be sent to you.
